All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the affected item(s) at no charge, provided you notify us at support@bluewaterpeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the issue. Approved replacements will be shipped promptly. This section describes your sole and exclusive remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
8. Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that our products are research materials that must be handled only by qualified persons. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of our products.
