Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products purchased from bluewaterpeptides.com (the “Site”), operated by BWP, LLC (“Blue Water Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on proper handling and storage after they leave our facility, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products once they have shipped. All sales are final, except as described below for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the affected item(s) at no additional charge. To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us at support@bluewaterpeptides.com within seven (7) days of the delivery date;
  • Include your order number; and
  • Attach clear photographs showing the issue (for example, damaged packaging, a broken vial, or an incorrect item and label).

Once we verify the issue, we will ship a replacement promptly. A replacement of the affected item is your sole and exclusive remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests made after the seven (7) day window may not be eligible.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@bluewaterpeptides.com. We are usually able to cancel an order only before it has been packed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and this policy’s “All Sales Are Final” section applies.

4. Refunds

Where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a replacement is not possible (for example, an item is out of stock), we may instead issue a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, though the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used products, and any products whose seal or packaging has been tampered with, cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment as described above.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows an order was delivered but you did not receive it, or a package is lost in transit, please review our Shipping Policy and contact us at support@bluewaterpeptides.com so we can help investigate with the carrier.
