This Shipping Policy describes how BWP, LLC (“Blue Water Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed on bluewaterpeptides.com (the “Site”).
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. During periods of high volume or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. You are responsible for ensuring that our products may be lawfully received at your shipping address.
3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Promotional shipping offers may change from time to time.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes a few business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s service levels. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.
5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging that does not disclose the contents on the outside of the parcel.
7. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact us at support@bluewaterpeptides.com and we will do our best to help.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within seven (7) days with photographs so we can arrange a replacement. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it, or a package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@bluewaterpeptides.com and we will help investigate with the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
